Instructions

Stir or blend the onion, garlic, maple syrup, pepper, soy sauce, rice wine (or sake) and sesame seeds until thoroughly mixed. Marinate the tofu in the sauce for several hours. Fry or grill the tofu and serve with sauce and broccoli florets. Serve with rice.
