Five Spiced Glazed Pork Chops
Five spice is a blend of spices that is used in Chinese cooking. It is usually made from fennel cinamon, ginger, clove and pepper. For variation other meat can be used, but this will of course alter the nutritional analysis.

Pork Chops 6oz/170g
Chinese Five Spice 1 tsp
Brown Sugar 2 tsp
Pepper Pinch/2g
Olive oil 2 tsp/10ml
Pan/Grill

Rub the chinese five spice into the pork chop and leave to marinate for 24 hours.

Preheat grill and place pork onto lightly oiled tray. The pork chops will take approximately 6-7 minutes each side.

When nearly cooked sprinkle with brown sugar and caramalise under the grill until the sugar bubbles and goes deep brown.
